Led his team to a National Championship in his final season, named Finals MVP and the Hockey News/Bauer Canadian University Player of the Year. A two-time All-Canadian, AUAA League MVP and two-time Acadia University Male Athlete of the Year.

Captained a championship team at the professional level, again earning Team MVP and leading scorer honours. Named to the Oklahoma City Blazers All-Decade Team.
